Cancellation Policy
If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, 100% of the reserved service price will be charged.
In the event that a client is running late, please call to inform or reschedule the appointment. We may not be able to accommodate the full service. In such cases, the client may be responsible for 50% of the reserved service price.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the reserved service price will be charged.
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the service cost may be required to secure an appointment. This fee will be applied to the final bill once the service is completed.
Clients who have more than 3 late cancellations or no-shows within a 6 month period may be required to prepay in full for future services or may be refused future bookings.
